The standard weigh-in process involves you submitting two photos, one of you on a scale in airport security attire; another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word. Step 3. You’ve now got 28 days to lose 4%. Step 4. After the final day, you will have 48 hours to weigh out. Even if you have not won, please enter your final weight. You will not be required to submit photos for verification unless you are a winner.

Step 5. 48 hours after our bet ends, the results are made official and the pot is divided among the winners. Winners are notified by email of their payout, which is credited to their DietBet account.
