  1. Hi
I’m new to the program and I love your sight.
    I would like some info.
I see the recipies makes 12 servings or 8 servings. How much is a serving? I’m not understanding how to measure a serving
    Especially the freezer meals.
And I’ve noticed that not all the recipies have a 21 day fix food break down. I don’t know if I missed it or I’m not understanding. Can you explain this all to me, please.
