How to survive Thanksgiving: 21 Day Fix Style

I know, I know, it feels impossible to do this right now. By “this” I mean eat clean and stay on track with your nutrition plan. What is it they say about healthy eating this time of year?

Following a meal plan during the holidays is easy. It’s like riding a bike. Only the bike is on fire. And the ground is on fire. And everything is on fire, because you are in hell.

I suppose you could look at it that way. OR you could look at it like Autumn Calabrese from 21 Day Fix fame does. Check out this video and see if it makes “this” more do-able?!
