Beef Vegetable Soup
8 cups low sodium V8
1lb lean ground beef or turkey, browned and drained
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp onion powder
Desired fresh or frozen veggies: carrots, onions, celery, potatoes, green beans, corn
Combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer for 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
