JelloShakeology: Sugar Free Pudding Shakes?
I can’t help it, I get bored easily and these shakes are getting a little boring. I like them best with almond milk but on 21 Day Fix I can’t use it every day. So I have looked around for ideas to make the water version of my shakes a little creamier. Turns out people have been adding 1 Tablespoon of sugar free pudding mix to their shakes. I picked up some Cheesecake, white chocolate, pistachio and butterscotch. I have tried the cheesecake and pistachio. I don’t think they add much to the flavor but it does make the shakes creamer. What do you think?
