Day 9 – Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

Workout: Lower Fix, I definitely did better with the lower fix this time around.
Chicken Chili
Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili
1-2 lbs chicken breast
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups chicken broth
2 cans green chile peppers, chopped
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoons cayenne pepper
3 cans white cannellini beans

Place all ingredients except cheese in crockpot for 6 hours on low. Shred or chop chicken breast. Serve with blue container shredded Monterey Jack cheese, if desired.
