Day 4 – Asian Shredded Pork!

Workout: Lower Fix
I’m feeling well today. My soreness is better so I think the Lower Fix will go fine. I bought 2# hand weights yesterday. I had been doing all of the workouts without any, but if I want to see progress I need to add the weights. My sides and abs are sore from my Pilates Fix yesterday but not too bad. I am only weighing myself weekly as I don’t want to obsess about the weight loss because my ultimate goal is better health. So my weigh in will be on Monday. I am glad it’s Friday, it feels like one!
