Workout: Pilates Fix
So yeah, today my back, abs and butt are sore. I’m trying to think of it as progress. No pain, no gain. I was going to do the Lower Fix today but I didn’t think that was the best idea given how sore I still am. So, pilates it is, although I’m pretty sure my butt will be really sore from this, too!
*Target sells colored Ziploc bags (see photo) great to use to store prepped food that has already been measured in 21 Day Fix containers.
1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
1/2 c oatmeal
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 skim milk
1 tsp salt
