I am sore! My first day working out in a long while was yesterday, I am feeling it today. My legs and butt…ouch! So today was Upper Fix and I’m sure I will be feeling it tomorrow, too! I don’t know about you, but I need a treat each day. I made these cookies from the 21 Day Fix meal plan and they are delish. Nice treat!
1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 Tbsp Almond butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Skim milk
Snack: 2 Oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips and pecans – 1 Yellow container
