Day 1 – Loving Shakeology!

Workout: Total Body Cardio

This workout proved how totally out of shape I am. I did the modified version and had a hard time keeping up at some points. I will be real honest here, I wanted to cry. At one point Autumn says something to this effect, ” You don’t get stronger doing what you know you can do, you get stronger doing what you think you can’t.” I kept that in mind throughout the 30 minute workout and it was over before I knew it. I did feel really good afterwards! *I have had to force myself to drink water throughout the day. Here are some other highlights from today:

Nuts for ChocolateShakeology: Nuts for Chocolate – 1 Red Container, 1 Yellow Container & 3 tsp   

1 Tbsp Almond butter
1 tsp Almond extract
1 cup Almond Milk
10 cubes of ice

 

 

 

Dinner: Steak Tacos –  1 Green Container, 1 Red Container, 1 Yellow Container, 1 Blue Container

Sirloin Steak, sliced (red)
Seasoning: Chili powder, cumin, coriander, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and salt (free)
Veggies: Avocado & Tomato (green)
Brown Rice & Black Beans (yellow)
Monterey Jack Cheese (blue)
