- 1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1/2 c oatmeal
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 almond or skim milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- Diced veggies: onions, green peppers, carrots, celery, etc.
Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin cups with spray. Gently combine all ingredients, do not over mix. Fill muffin cups and bake for 20-30 minutes.
